Biography

Clara Stafford is a PhD Candidate in the Social, Personality and Developmental Psychology area at Western University, under the supervision of Dr. Paul F. Tremblay. Her research interests include advanced measurement issues and advanced statistical modeling. Clara is a passionate programmer and has a keen eye for statistical inquiry and methodology. Consequently, she has taught statistics workshops at Western University, using both R and SPSS.

Clara has worked for psychological and management consulting firms since 2018, and has worked on projects for both government and private industry clients. More recently, she has worked as a User Experience Research Co-Op at Electronic Arts working with game development teams from both Motive and BioWare studios.
